Heatmap displaying the impacts of MeONPs on THP-1 cells
THP-1 cells were exposed to 0, 12.5, 25, 50, 100, and 200 µg/mL MeONPs for 24 h, followed by LDH measurement in supernatants and lysosomal pH, NADH, ATP, ROS detection in cells. The resulting values of LDH were expressed as percentage (%) of total LDH in THP-1 cells (determined for each experiment by measuring the supernatant of sister cultures after 24 h of exposure to 2% Triton X-100), while the NADH and ATP were expressed as percentage (%) of the control cells.
